WORK (Renewed Employment Access Link) Employment Support
We are an employment service offered through the Canadian Mental Health Association.
We offer services to people who are:
- 16 years and older
- Unemployed, not in school and who would like to explore their options of returning to work, and/or upgrade their school or skills
- And who struggle with their mental health, such as a diagnosis, or other stressors that interrupt their life and are in need of personal supports.

What Can You Do?
Employment counsellors meet one on one with individuals in a private setting
to give support tailored to client needs:
- Discuss and identify individual strengths
- Develop an action plan
- Other supports may include:
- Building self awareness
- Strengthening mental health management and mental wellness
- Building self esteem and self confidence
- Identifying skills, interests and life values in relation to vocational goals and create an action plan
- Providing support and encouragement
